Participants learn how staff throughout the organization will utilize PCS to view machine lineups, order status details and more, how to view the production schedule and machine lineups and how to enter production feedback, and record downtime and waste. |
►PCS For Customer Service and ManagementTotal time required: 2 hours. For management, customer service, scheduling staff, and other office staff. Participants will be introduced to the Kiwiplan Production Control System (PCS), explore benefits, features and capabilities of this system, and learn how it will be used by staff throughout your organization. |
►Introduction to Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP)Total time required: 2.5 hours. For customer service staff, management, accounting, and other office staff who require an introductory understanding of ESP. Participants are introduced to the home screen, forms, grid-views, search options, tasks, alerts, and more and will gain an understanding of the order entry process, how information flows from ESP to the Kiwiplan manufacturing environment, and how Bills of Lading and Invoices are produced. |
