Factory Floor Feedback, the graphical dynamic component of Kiwiplan’s Full Plant Scheduling system, automatically receives and delivers real-time information throughout the plant—thus making the “paperless” plant a reality.

The system automatically displays production details in real time; makes them available to all users; continuously updates estimated completion times on machines; and logs downtime, runtime, setup times, and waste.

The system allows specific art and CAD files to be electronically displayed at the machine as well as special instructions, even on video.
