With electronic Business-to-Business communication, you can automatically transmit updated order status information to and from your customers electronically and continuously in real time with no human intervention. Customers can look up the status of orders within their own system without accessing a different system or Web site.

Two-way communication with suppliers

You can also accept or retrieve information transmitted from your suppliers and tooling providers regarding your roll stock orders, sheets, inks and printing and cutting dies. This information can include:

  • Real-time status and current location of shipments
  • Expected and actual shipment and arrival times
  • Specific roll information

This information is then available within your Kiwiplan environment, eliminating the need for you to contact your suppliers and tooling providers with status inquiries. The Kiwiplan scheduling process will then react to this information, immediately and automatically and makes changes to the current plant schedule if needed.
