Signode Industrial Group Holdings US Inc. and its direct and indirect U.S. subsidiaries, (the “Signode,” “we” or “us“) adheres to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks (“Privacy Shield”) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union and Switzerland, including from our employees in addition to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“). Accordingly, we follow the Privacy Shield Principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Principles”) with respect to all such data.

Signode complies with Privacy Shield and is responsible for the personal data it receives, which includes subsequent transfers to agents of Signode acting on our behalf. We have certified our compliance under Privacy Shield for both the EU and Switzerland; therefore Signode is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
