User Group Conference to be held in Athens!
Following the success of last year’s User Group, we are delighted to inform you of the dates and venue for the 2017 event! To be held from 30th May to the 2nd June at the Royal Olympic Hotel - Athens, the Users’ Group Conference remains the ideal opportunity for users of Kiwiplan systems from around the world to gather and discuss implementation, new features as well as upgrades and modifications and how these affect individual plants. The User Group has its own independent Chairman, Brian Sørensen, who, once again, will be looking for presenters during the build-up to the event, to gather content matter and look for discussion themes.
Price for attendance is unchanged at €1,150. However, to encourage your early registration to this year’s event, we are offering an ‘early-bird’ discount. As long as you register before 1st February 2017, you can save €100 on the headline registration fees. After the 1st February 2017, the headline price will apply.
Based on feedback from last year we have decided to retain the same format. Therefore the event will start at 8:00 pm on Tuesday with Welcome food and drinks.Wednesday and Thursday will be full days and Friday will finish at 12:00. The primary reasons for this are to allow more time to cover the content (more details to follow shortly) and to allow the attendees sufficient time to return home for the weekend. The participant fee will cover the accommodation on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights as well as the event attendance itself.
